Summary: Messages dispatched to wrong destination with WS-Addressing and one-way
invocations (was: WS-Addressing issue when running WS-C tests on JBossWS-CXF)
Description: The CXF thread pool management for asynchronous dispatch of one-way
messages when using addressing clashes with the way jbossws-cxf Invoker implementation
retrieves the current spi Endpoint using inheritable threadlocal. See Andrew's
