Currently all implementors of EndpointRegistry are internally baked by the MSC
ServiceRegistry. This means we can remove the register/unregister methods from the
EndpointRegistry SPI and drop the other implementations of EndpointRegistry living in
JBossWS-Common, which are not needed anymore.
