Richard, can you take a look at the latest *.sh scripts. They build a stack specific
classpath, depending on the deployed stack. Could you add those pieces the the win
scripts?

There's the support for metro integration in our wsconsume and wsprovide tools.
However this is available for unix platforms only. Windows batch files must be fixed to
support it too.
