Users can provide their own implementation of ClientSocketChannelFactoryProvider and make
the stack load it either using a system prop or through the Service API
(META-INF/services/org.jboss.ws.core.client.transport.ClientSocketChannelFactoryProvider)

Remoting -> Netty refactoring of the native stack transport layer.
