Since the specific POM that you referenced is already released, it can't be changed.
But the poms should be reviewed before the next release to verify that this repository
reference no longer exists. The workaround for the already released pom is to use the
Maven mirror settings (http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-mirror-settings.html) to
override that repository URL.

As per the comment by Paul Gier on JBBUILD-682...
"If you find that projects/archetypes have a dependency on this repository URL,
please file a jira with that project to fix their poms to point to the new repository URLs
described in the wiki."
...we are unable to reference JBoss WS 3.2.1.GA (for JBoss 5.1) via Maven as the POM
points to the old repository.
