Latest commit is on ropalka branch to allow Richard going on with his branch work. This
jira will be resolved once Richard merges to trunk.

The current NettyClient in jbossws-native core does not cache keep alive connections.
Doing that instead would mean performance increase when performing sequences of
invocations to the same url.
