Your rules are probably written wrong, or your application, or you have a dodgy computer, or you have a race condition, or it is doing exactly what it should be doing and your expectations are wrong. There's also possibly a small chance that there is a bug in drools but with absolutely no information about what the problem is or what you are doing I'd be inclined to check all the other options first.
