OK, but is it better (or mandatory...) to do insert before or after starting process? Or is it the same? Best regards Activations happens when you insert, update or retract information from the working memory. Then when you fire all the rules all the activations are eligible to fire unless you are using agenda groups (you need to set focus) or rule flow groups (the flow needs to be at a node that has the rule flow-group that you have in your activated rules).
