on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is a non-programmer, 5 is a junior programmer, and 10 is the person who wrote Guvnor, you're looking at about a 4, to change rules. It's best if you download it, and check out the sample rules provided. Then you can get your own feeling about it.
