don’t touch the .niogit folder. You have your git-p4 repo, that you cloned. Now push it to
the ssh connection of the Guvnor server.

However Git is distributed, so just clone and sync a p4 repo with this Git command line
tool and use it as an intermediary. Then merge/mirror this intermediary with our JGit
repo.
