Make id configurable
by Daniel Passos
Hey Guys,
I'm working on AEROGEAR-565 to make id configurable.
I've been taking a look at the JS and iOS and apis are very similar, both
are getting a configuration parameter with the name of the field that
represents the id. I like to see libraries close to but I don't know if
this the best approach for the android.
I'm in doubt in what would be the best solution (for android)
* Configuration
# Pros
It requires no change in entity/model
# Cons
Use reflections
* Interfaces
# Pros
Typed paras
# Cons
Requires implement on entity/model
* Annotation
# Pros
Clean configuration
# Cons
Use Scan/Reflection
Anyone have any thoughts or see any other solution?

Re: [aerogear-dev] 20 minute JBDS Demo with OpenShift Enterprise/OnPremise
by Fred Bricon
As a temporary workaround, I disabled the arq-jbossas-remote profile on
project creation . Created html5 project now builds OOTB... until you
manually activate that profile.
Please refresh the project examples section in JBoss Central or restart
your workspace.

[aerogear-controller] Configuration
by Daniel Bevenius
I'm working on adding CORS support there are several things that can be
configured in this case. Below is an example of the options that are
currently available:
public interface CorsConfiguration {
public abstract boolean isCorsSupportEnabled();
public abstract boolean exposeHeaders();
public abstract String getExposeHeaders();
public abstract boolean anyOrigin();
public abstract boolean allowCookies();
public abstract boolean hasMaxAge();
public abstract long getMaxAge();
public abstract Set<String> getValidRequestMethods();
public abstract Set<String> getValidRequestHeaders();
}
How do we want users to configure these configuration options? Using a CDI
annotation with "sensible" default values or specify them in web.xml?
cheers,
/Dan

[aerogear-controller] Interceptors/Decorators
by Daniel Bevenius
Hi,
we were discussing our security implementation and how are are invoking and
returning from our security providers. During the discussion qmx suggested
we should perhaps look into a filters pattern or something similar for
aerogear-controller.
I've put together some ideas about using CDI interceptors/decorators in the
following git:
https://gist.github.com/4058175
Any comments/thoughts are as always, most welcome.
thanks,
/Dan
