Farah, do I understand correctly that 1) will be done automagically starting
by 0.10.0 version of UPS cartridge?
Correct. Because an 0.9.0 instance won't already have the necessary snapshot hook,
step 1) needs to be done manually right now. Once the action hooks are committed to the
cartridge repo for the 0.10.0 cartridge release, this step will be done automatically for
future upgrades (e.g., upgrading from 0.10.0 to 0.11.0).
