IMHO we shouldn't add UPS on this image, only the quickstarts things. I
know the UPS is a pre req to use that, but we already have an image for it,
or you can create an instance on openshift.
Hi Passos, this is how the docker images are organized today, for
example to Wildfly.

Pretty much one image use as base image another. So is not like we have
duplicated images, is more like we extend.
If the team choose on not having UPS inside the quickstarts, won't be a
big deal for me. It's just the matter of decide.
Thoughts?
