sorry last reply was a bit vague.
So to get this working again, i had to do the command line thing "rhc
force-stop-app -a app-name"
then a "rhc start-app -a app-name"
This is the first time since friday i had tried to do this, so perhaps
something with the idle stuff that happens on OS
