[aerogear-dev] Netty updates

Netty team released new versions this week: 4.0.31.Final [1] and 4.1.0.Beta6 [2] For our WebPush Server we're using 4.1.0.Beta5 now. And beta6 has the important change for us - full support of HTTP/2 as specified by RFC7540. I'm gonna update it after merging of current opened PR [3].
