Re: [aerogear-dev] jQuery dependency

So that version is pretty arbitrary, for the most part I would just recommend the latest version of jQuery. That said, that component.json should probably be removed since I think it's left over from the old Bower config before we moved to a separate dist repo (also Bower uses bower.json now anyway). The README has all of the dependencies for the library, though now I have noticed that needs updating as well so I will do that too.
