IMO we are done:
* 'Send Notifications' available from sidebar icon (with a "Select
Application" UI, when clicking the Notification icon on the sidebar)
* 'Send Notifications' available from Application Details page (as designed
and current UI implements)

Sounds good but just not sure to also migrate the "Send Notifications ..."
feature there. On one side it makes sense to have it there but on the
other hand it's also nice to have a direct access to this feature when you
are on the application detail page. Other point : maybe when we will
introduce roles, some might not have the rights to check the stats but
still have the right to send a test message.
So, maybe we can duplicate the "Send Notifications ..." button and keeping
it also on the application detail page, wdyt ?
