The previous incarnation of this chat demo didn't actually
have push capability. That needs four more lines of code
and it's described here:

The multimedia chat demo now runs directly from github so you
no longer need a local node.js back-end:

(This was implemented by hooking the AeroGears Pipeline to
the BridgeIt Echo Service and Push Service.)
