Agreed but we should also be able to help people migrating from
1.0.0.Final to 1.1 (because I'm pretty sure, there will be people in this
case)
I think we should focus on the latest greatest. That said, from 1.0.0.Final
to 1.0.3 is supported, so going from 1.0.3 to 1.1.x may be just a few extra
steps to be executed. We can have a little paragraph on it, I agree.
