I guess there will not be that much PushApplications for a single user.
Similar to the Variants, I doubt that a PushApp has 1000 variants :)
However, on the Installation/Instance view, yes - paging would make sense
there. Since there might be more than 100 registered devices

maybe not 1000, but there could be enough for paging to make sense with variants. I
think more than 10, which is possible, should be paged
