What I have not yet understood are the conditions that trigger the observation. I've tried to compose a reproducer based on the code in the jira description, but was unable to observe the problem as described. So, clearly I'm missing something in my reproducer, to fully capture your use case. I've repeated asked for a reproducer, but as of yet, none has been provided.
