My 2 cents after some debug: the reason why this happens is that after the cts.jar is
deployed, queue/A is not bound; some seconds are required for reconnection and this this
result in a timeout since the client waits up to 10 secs before giving up. For instance,
deploying the destination service.xml before the MDB solves this. This test doesn't
fail with "default" server configuration.
