[~manstis] The piece of code where the exception is thrown didn't change in the last
year or more. The problem here is that it has been never passed with an empty zip file and
I don't know why this is happening now in that case. If you have a reproducer I could
help with this.

User is unable to work with guided editors. Always guided editor is opened, this
