Where does this stand? Perhaps it's done? Andy did some commits a week or so back that
may have wrapped it up. Either way, please let QE (Rajesh) know where it stands, if you
haven't already.

HQ's HA strategy based upon colocated HQ servers in the same AS instance requires
that the configuration model and the runtime services allow for multiple HornetQServer
instances.
QE has raised the absence of this support as a blocker.
