The static help content has been reformatted to the 80 characters lines. This is not a
proper fix, of course. The output should be formatted taking into account the current
terminal width. It's worth a new issue, IMO. For now it covers the default at least.
The help content which is generated based on the management model descriptions (i.e. not
static help files) has been changed to respect the current terminal width.

Attached is a screenshot of the output of the CLI command "help" in a standard
windows command window. It is very hard to read, as a dosbox by default has a width of 80
chars.
Any change to improve the line wrapping?
