This is actually a problem my company had to fix in version 5.1, it was reported fixed in 5.3, and I'm concerned it's popped up again. It seems is something in Drools that is making Stateless sessions act Stateful. @Davide - Thank you for that catch. I've been testing using a server, so I'm not used to making java test files.
