Yes we have to exclude anonymous classes. I am experiencing the same problem. I am fixing
this now and adding tests

A schema needs to start with
<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<xsd:schema xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
However, the <xsd:schema ... > element is missing !
We need this, or else a validating parse will fail !
