Closing. I can't reproduce anymore. My guess is that it's combination of SWSQE-713
and too many jobs started at once caused by some tmp scm issue which produces lot of
changes and started lot of jobs.
Jenkins slaves are being created every 2 minutes without connecting
to Jenkins2
