Description:
The cache metrics exposes by WildFly were setup a long time ago. The set of metrics we
expose should be reassessed, deprecating those that don't make sense within the
context of WildFly (e.g. cache-status), and adding those that do make sense, but are
missing from WildFly.
Additionally, cache metrics should be registered with the cache runtime resources (now
that these exist), and the metrics previously registered with the cache configuration
resource definition deprecated.
