LOL. Fixing it was quicker than creating jira. :-) I know it's not a big deal but cant
we fix it anyway because we still have CR2 or GA coming up and there probably will be some
code change till then.

The problem exists in 2.4.2.CR1 codebase. Once portal is deployed ( I tested with bundled
distro with 4.0.5.GA), in Encoding Test, I can see texts passed to action phase but not to
render phase.
