things will not be fixed for the 3.1/3.0 webapp anymore. We will try to run the
'current (or rather new) webapp with 3.2 as well as 3.1

In header2.jsp, for the left navigation links, the HTML anchor tag's href doesn't
include the prefix "faces/" which is required to invoke the faces servlet, and
therefore the pages fail.
