Summary: jndi-vew operation creates / looks up instances of bound object

Description:
jndi-view operation perform actual lookups, but just stick to the bindings.
currently two lookups are created for each entry, one inside Context.list() and other
inside addEntries itself
was:When looking at JNDI bindings in Profile -> Container -> Naming instances of
the bound object are created. The Console should not perform actual lookups, but just
stick to the bindings.
