The problem is that
org.jboss.remoting.transport.BisocketServerInvoker.destroyControlConnection() calls
listenerIdToInvokerLocatorMap.remove(listenerId);
before shutting down the ControlConnectionThread. It should make the call after shutting
down the ControlConnectionThread.
The fix has been applied to branch remoting_2_2_0_GA. It should also be applied to
remoting_2_2_0_SP4_CP and remoting_2_x.
