Currently the {{SocketHandler}} allows a {{SocketFactory}} to be set to create TCP
sockets. However UDP sockets are always created via {{new DatagramSocket()}}. In some
cases, like WildFly Core, there may be a desire to allow the consumer to manage the
creation of sockets.
