Resolution: Done
A new routing rule was created so that anything under org/slf4j must come from
"Central" or "JBoss Thirdparty Releases". These artifacts will no
longer be included from the glassfish or other repos.

Aslak noticed a GAV conflict on org/slf4j/slf4j-ext/ between central and the glassfish
repository. We should exclude this artifact from the glassfish proxy in our repo.
