When building wildlfy with Apache Maven 3.1.0-alpha1 it complains on missing classes when
using the maven-enforcer-plugin.
Upgrading the maven-enforcer-plugin to version 1.3 enables the build to run successfully
on Apache Maven 3.1.0-alpha1 and 3.0.5.
