PowerShell scripts "add-user.ps1" is missing in EAP 7, "add-user.bat"
and "add-user.sh" are in JBOSS_HOME/bin. If user is able to "add new
user" by add-user.bat or add-user.sh, user should be also able to "add new
user" with add-user.ps1
