It's moved to standalone-preview.xml. In order to start up AS7 with OSGi you now need
to issue:
bin/standalone.sh -server-config standalone-preview.xml

The configuration section for OSGi was removed from standalone.xml which means that the
OSGi subsystem isn't available by default. It's still present in domain.xml
