There seem to be content altering issues with the WYSIWYG editor.
I will see if this particular issue can be resolved in the editor itself or not.
If not, maybe we can provide an option to turn off the editor and deal with the raw html
code directly.

In the CMS portlet's WYSIWYG editor I tried to enter a relative link.
I entered (numbers changed to protect the innocent): /foo/bar
My goal is to link to an app in a different WAR in the same JBoss AS instance
It was munged to: http://123.123.123.18080/foo/bar
(Missing the : before the port number).
