There are two issue with the clusteredentity and entityoptimisticlocking in the ejb3
testsuite:
1. The usage of 'org.hibernate.cache.jbc2.JndiMultiplexedJBossCacheRegionFactory'
has become deprecated and should be removed.
2. The testing of optimistic locking is not a concern of ejb3.
