This update brings in the following fixes:
* MODULES-395 The ModuleSpec builder does not make honor to the builder API documentation
without adding AllPermissions by default
* MODULES-392 java.se module doesn't take into account all modules that it
"requires"
Upgrade JBoss Modules from 1.9.1.Final to 1.9.2.Final
