I had to rework the build files as there is still a dependency on the lib directory, even
with lib/ext shared between both environments.
The build files can now identify their environment without requiring the
buildfrom.distribution flag to be set.
This was fixed in revision 8616.
Remove buildfrom.distribution from trailblazer build.xml

are running from within a build.
