I'm resolving this as a duplicate of AS7-6430, as I expect the JSR-236 solution will
be the only way we'd implement this kind of thing.

it would be great to bind the defined thread pool of the threads subsystem into the jndi.
that way, we would be able to inject managed ExecutorService with the
@Resource("java:jboss/threads/MyCustomThreadPool") annotation.
