Brian has provided a preliminary implementation. It's untested and is not the default
for cluster stacks. Reassigned to myself to resume work on this issue.

The only remaining non-JBossCache state transfer in AS 5 is for HASessionState (EJB 2x
SFSBs.) But, to be complete we want to add it as an option, and use it by default.
