This is actually a clone of JBAS-4275.
The point missed in the comment by Adrian Bock on the original issue is that you cannot
configure a resource adapter from outside an EAR if the RAR is inside the EAR and the EAR
uses scoped classloading.
Another way to put this is: JBoss should support the specification of a loader repository
in the deployment descriptor for datasources (jboss-ds_*.dtd).
Why is this important? I want to deliver my application as an EAR together with some
installation hints for the person installing this. I want to avoid the EAR being unpacked
and repacked again during installation (that's why putting the deployment
configuration inside the EAR is not an option). Therefore I want to specify the
configurable information related with the resource adapter (host adresses, credentials,
...) in a separate, independant deployment descriptor.
Currently I can do this only if I do not use scoped classloading in my EAR. Of course you
can argue "this is not a bug, simply don't use scoped classloading". But
scoped classloading is there for a reason, isn't it?

i have created an ear file which contains some resource adapters in embedded rar files.
These rar files contains classes who implements the adapter. If i try to deploy this ear
file with scoped classloading the adapters could not be deployed.
