To fully integrate SSL_KEY_EXCHANGE into WildFly, we need setters (and logic that skips
initialization if already set) for the following properties:
* SSLContext (if already set, logic for initializing/loading key_store can be skipped)
* SessionVerifier instance
* bind_addr
