Another simpler solution could be to cast the timeout to TimeoutExt, so that I can get the
ref by getTomeoutTarget() method.

Messages scheduled for delivery in the future are not correctly removed when the JMX
operation removeAllMessages() is called.
As soon as the Application Server is restarted (or the queue is restarted) the messages
are reloaded from the database and requeued.
