Elytron has the ability to create custom audit endpoints to develop your own audit logs.
Nevertheless there is no configuration under the {{subsystem=elytron}} to configure a
custom audit class (something like {{subsystem=elytron/custom-audit-log=example:add(...}}
is needed).
