Why not have KB for this specific question rather than a change that violates
compatibility? I believe we've made some changes like this to the configuration, but
I think only when we have a value that clearly incorrect.

We have had so many cases of questions about why the producing is blocked when not
consuming.
Users are expecting Page by default, so we should change the default.
