Is this reproducible or was this a one-shot problem you happened to catch? The thread
dump shows an RMI thread blocking in JGroups FLUSH. This week I want to upgrade JGroups
from 2.5.0 to 2.6.1; biggest changes between the 2 are in FLUSH. Hopefully it's
reproducible so if it goes away with the upgrade we can confirm that and understand why.

Both nodes fail to shutdown properly. Although the log says 'Shutdown complete'
the processes keep running. (That's how I got the thread dumps.)
